Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your LeakRate account and all associated data directly from the app.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Open the LeakRate app and sign in
  2. 2Go to Settings (gear icon on the Home screen)
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. 4Confirm the deletion when prompted

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All customer records
  • All equipment records
  • All service event history
  • All compliance reports and calculations
  • All cylinder tracking data

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data is removed from our servers within 90 days of account deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
